Sam Garner is a blue balanced companion with a convert power. A human from 1938 New York, Sam was a private detective who fell victim to the Weeping Angels.
Sam can be unlocked during normal play in the Season 7 level, Revenge of Liberty, as part of the Blue-Black Starter Pack character pack (20 time crystals), and as a random result of a Season 7 character roll (4 time crystals).
