Queen Nefertiti is a blue healing companion. A human from ancient Egypt, Nefertiti traveled briefly with the Eleventh Doctor, meeting Amy Pond, Rory Williams, Brian Williams, and John Riddell during her short tenure in the Tardis.
Nefertiti can be unlocked during normal play in the Season 7 level, Solomons Robots, as part of the Women of Doctor Who character pack (20 time crystals), and as a random result of a Season 7 Character Roll (4 time crystals).
