Toclafane: Sir, the Doctor and his companions are on the edge of the time storm.
Simm Master: Let them go in. Let him face his holiday demons. Doctor, Doctor, Doctor. Time to see just how naughty you've been. The Doctor can spend some time dealing with his horrors from Christmases past. I have some old friends I need to track down.
Before sixth wave[]
Eighth Doctor: So, another paradox being forced from the other side. And the readings for this one are off the scale!
Third Doctor: It must be the time storm. The immense power building up around us is feeding into the paradox... If we can just reverse the charge on some of the energy flowing back out...
Tenth Doctor: Yes! Overload it, close it down. As its power levels peak we can reverse the flow and pull through whatever is in there.
Jenny Flint: I'm ready for anything that may come through, Doctor.
Porridge: As am I.

Tenth Doctor: My sonic screwdriver can't handle all this temporal power on its own.

Tenth Doctor: I should have known. Nobody else in the universe would ever attempt a move as risky and stupid as that.
Jack Harkness: Very happy to see you too, Doctor. I have some news from the front lines. There is a new piece on the chessboard. An old friend of yours. But I bring you a gift, something to help out. The space-time coordinates of some very old friends of mine which will help turn the tide of this battle.

Since no black gems drop in this level, the best strategy would be not using a team with black allies, or including an ally who can convert from another gem color to black, like Stormageddon or Adipose (Black). This could be an easier way to deal with the yellow Snowmen.
