The Great Intelligence is a boss enemy of the Doctor. It is a sentient being without a physical form that wants to find a body and take over the Earth. It is mainly a villain from Season 7. Characters, individuals and variants created by the Great Intelligence include: The Ice Governess, the Snowmen and the Whisper Men.
